iDNES.cz is constantly improving their landing page. One of the testing methods they have used was eye tracking test on a sample of regular and unregular readers of their online newspapers.
After brief discussion with the client we set up a project plan which consisted of:
- usability testing for new features
- orientation in top news x quick news x blogs x other
- advertising space viewability
Because of the big number of tested participants the testing took over 5 days, then we analyzed all results and delivered robust report, which provided objective findings for project management and also marketing department.
Detailed recommendations served as starting point for redesign with User Experience in mind.
